Venture Programs' previous accounting system was running 8 different databases for 8 different programs, which limited Venture to running one program database at a time. The inability to consolidate multi databases was a costly bottleneck for them. Microsoft Excel was used to combine their financials and the lack of integration capabilities required a full-time employee to just keep up with reporting. Venture was unable to obtain up-to-date audited financial statements and managing business growth with the increased daily transaction numbers became impossible. |

40% growth rate required a strong and flexible accounting package to
handle the enormous number of daily transactions and a variety of reports
for up-to-date financial and strategic planning.
Solomon IV and Stevens Group EIS MGA Insurance for Solomon with the power of
Microsoft SQL 7.0 revolutionized Venture's operation. This combination
gave Venture Programs the ability to handle the growing transaction
count and the EIS MGA Insurance Module enabled them to accomplish
unlimited distributions to multiple agents, carriers, TPA's (third
party applications), tax agencies along with a variety of pay-when-paid
scenarios. The bi-directional use of AP and AR for receiving and paying
carriers and agents and the ability to generate customer statements
from AP, and create an endless variety of custom reports gave Venture
additional needed capabilities. |
